Pour one stick pack
One 28g stick into 10–12 oz (300–350ml) of cold water, cold brew, or plant-based milk. Cold liquid keeps the whey isolate dissolving clean.
Shake for 10 seconds
Shake or stir vigorously until fully dissolved. No clumps, no grit at the bottom of the shaker.
Drink it down

01 What we collect
- Details you give us in a form or email: name, business, channel, city, and what you write to us.
- Scheduling details when you book a call, including the time you choose and any notes.
- Order information: shipping address, order history and subscription status.
- Payment confirmation from our processor — we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site.
02 How we use it

03 Orders and payment
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider that handles card details directly under its own security standards. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the billing name and the last four digits, which we keep for accounting and dispute resolution. Shipping details go to our fulfillment partner solely to deliver your order.
04 Subscriptions
If you subscribe for monthly delivery, we store your renewal date, cadence and product selection so shipments arrive on schedule. You can pause, change or cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us, and cancellation takes effect before the next billing date as long as you tell us at least 48 hours ahead.
05 Wholesale accounts
For wholesale, team and co-branding accounts we collect business details, tax identification where required, and the contact information of the people authorized to place orders. We use it to set up the account, extend terms and service the relationship — not to market to your customers.
06 Health information
Please do not send us medical records or detailed health histories. If you write to us about an allergy, an ingredient sensitivity or a product reaction, we use that information only to answer you and, where required, to meet product-safety reporting obligations. We keep those messages confidential and separate from marketing lists.
07 Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, understand how the site is used and measure campaign performance. You can block or delete them in your browser; parts of the site, including checkout, may stop working normally if you do.
08 Services we use

09 When we share data
With the providers above, and when the law requires it — a valid legal request, or protecting the rights and safety of our customers. If Creator Brands is ever part of a merger or acquisition, customer data may transfer with the business, and we’ll tell you before it does.
10 Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your data or close your account.
- Opt out of marketing email at any time without affecting your orders.
- Object to or restrict processing, and request your data in a portable format.

11 Retention and security
We keep order and account records as long as tax and product-liability rules require, and other information only while it serves the purpose you gave it for. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong unique password and tell us immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
12 Children and contact
